Scope

The engagement introduced self-service analytics for a group of cooperating banks. The source was a shared data warehouse, but each bank needed usable models and analysis surfaces for its own business areas.

What I did

I worked on needs analysis, pre-study, and implementation of QlikView models based on the common warehouse. The solution covered areas such as CRM, upsell, profitability, portfolio insight, and operational and financial risk.
