Online Banking Data Requirements
Requirements and data modelling work for proposed online banking changes, focused on customer data capture, CRM needs, and longer-term use of behavioural data.
Scope
The client needed to clarify data needs connected to proposed changes and new development in online banking. The work had both short-term goals around CRM-related customer data and longer-term goals for using behavioural data to improve self-service and support.
What I did
I produced detailed data specification documents, an outline for long-term collection and use of usage-pattern data, recommendations for later phases of data needs analysis, and guidance for extending an existing warehouse model with new data types.
