Public Pension Delivery Control

Delivery coordination and quality control around the data warehouse part of a public pension reform programme, including interfaces between project, supplier, receiving organisation, testing, and production readiness.

Scope

The programme delivered a new pension case handling and self-service solution. My work was focused on the data warehouse part of the delivery and the coordination needed around testing, documentation, production readiness, and operational handover.

What I did

I mapped and improved communication and delivery interfaces between the project, supplier, and receiving organisation. I coordinated activities related to system testing of the data warehouse delivery, followed up the client's test apparatus during production test periods, and helped connect the delivery programme with the operational receiving project.

I also coordinated technical documentation, defined production deployment and contingency plans, followed up plans and budgets in the team, developed reporting routines, and performed QA on ETL job designs.

Part of the work involved establishing and migrating operational documentation into a Confluence-based portal.
