Scope
The work supported statistics for case handling and production management across several source systems. The data warehouse made information available for line management, operational follow-up, and recurring statistical reporting.
Some reporting areas measured process duration and monthly development over time, including transitions through public welfare workflows.
What I did
I was responsible for the ETL part of the solution, including analysis, design, ETL development, production deployment, test preparation, production planning, and clarification of operational dependencies.
I also worked with development, system and acceptance test support, data modelling, troubleshooting, operational stabilisation, and support for other warehouse initiatives.
