Scope

The client had performance and maintainability issues in an existing ETL setup. The project converted existing business logic from SAP BODI to Talend Enterprise while preserving what still worked and simplifying duplicated or hard-to-maintain logic.

After the warehouse work, the client also wanted stronger self-service analysis and reporting in QlikView.

What I did

I was responsible for the Talend-based data warehouse development, from pre-study and design through implementation, production, maintenance, and later extension. The main sources were banking systems with full customer history.

I also prepared the data for QlikView and built a self-service analysis and reporting platform for employees. A key part of that work was data quality control and ensuring that role-based usage matched the underlying data model.
